Waukegan, IL (October 26, 2025) – Two people were hospitalized in critical condition following a violent T-bone collision that caused major vehicle damage on Lewis Avenue Saturday morning. According to the Waukegan Police Department, the crash occurred around 9:56 a.m. near the intersection of Lewis Avenue and Ballentine Street, prompting a swift response from emergency personnel.
